Coach leaves from St Mary’s at 9.30am and returns at 6.30pm This event has been organised for the whole family. No Acctivate staff will be attending and parents/carers will be responsible for their children at all times. Please bring a picnic and drinks or alternatively food can be purchased from the cafes and restaurants at Alton Towers. For further details about Alton Towers please visit their website: www.altontowers.com Depending on the weather rain coats/sunhats, sun screen and clothes for wet play maybe needed and suitable footwear. Everyone will be able to get a ‘Fast Track’ wrist band, so no queueing. Please register your interest at Acctivate or Teenage Club, providing all the names of those wishing to attend, an email address and mobile telephone number or contact the office on 07972221305 or email email@example.com Booking is essential, if you turn up on the day and you haven’t booked on the trip you maybe turned away if the coach is full. Tickets are limited and places will be issued on a first come first served basis. If you sign up but are unable to attend it is essential you notify Nicola ASAP so we can offer the tickets to another family.
On August 14th ACCT Teenager Club are going on a trip to Alton Towers. This is a staffed trip, so parents/carers do not need to attend.
We are meeting at 9.30am in the car park at St Marys Community Centre, and leaving at 10.00am. We will return to St Marys at approximately 6.30pm. Children who are going into Year 8 in September are welcome to come along.
Please ensure your child brings a pack lunch or money to buy lunch, and any medications they may need.
It is essential to book your child onto this activity if they wish to attend, as place are very limited.

Kathy Spencer and Ruby Robinson, from Disabled Student Support Services at Sheffield Hallam University, will be speaking about the support available for students with Asperger’s Syndrome and Autism.
