Following the Government’s guidance, ACCT has made the decision to cancel all in-person activities until further notice.
We want to reassure members that ACCT will still be running throughout this unprecedented and uncertain time to offer you all support. We are in the process of moving activities online – see our page on our Minecraft Club, which will take place at the same time as our usual weekly ACCTivate and Teenage Club.
We have lots of ideas to move support online and will be working hard in the coming days to set this up. We will be available via email and the club mobile, and will be sending out regular emails and posting on social media to keep you connected.
We are aware that lots of our families are already isolated and self isolating is going to extend that further, along with the increased anxiety that many of us are feeling. We are asking all of you to please reach out to us if you need support and we will do all that we can to help.
The ACCT Team
The value of trips is widely recognised by ACCT as an effective way of extending and promoting personal and social development among our children as well as developing independence and giving families the opportunity to have a day out together. We arrange trips during the summer holidays for the whole family to enjoy and to help families feel supported during the long summer holidays. Members can enjoy coach trips to Cleethorpes, York, the Tropical Butterfly House, Chatsworth Farm and Adventure Playground, Cannon Hall Farm and the Yorkshire Sculpture Park.
Details of Family Days Out will be posted in the news section of our website and members will receive updates via email.
