Please return the tickets and funds collected by January 8^th, to the beginning of the Parent’s Meeting at the very latest. The office will close for Christmas on December 20th at 2pm until January 2nd. Tickets can be returned to the Cinema Trip on January 3rd or to committee members.  If leaving at St Mary’s reception once it reopens please leave in a sealed envelope.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
A booking system operates at Teenage Club. 
If your young person wishes to attend the club they must sign up for the next session at the club or contact 07527 824034.
The club is at capacity and failure to book in may result in your young person being turned away if they turn up to the club.

Despicable Me 2 – Friday 3rd January 9.45am – 12pm
At the Showroom, 15 Paternoster Row

The event is for our exclusive use and for the whole family. There will be no ACCT staff present and children will remain the responsibility of their parents/carers throughout the session and must be accompanied at all times.
The screening will be autism friendly, the lights will be dimmed and sound reduced and a room will be available for anyone needing a break.
The kiosk will be open for anyone wishing to purchase refreshments
