Support for Over 20’s

ACCT are starting to offer support and activities to the over 20s and we would love for your young person to be involved.

The group runs supportive social opportunities that help young adults to get out of the house and participate in activities with friends and peers.

The aim of the project is to help boost the confidence and self-esteem of young adults, have a positive impact on mental health and build social, communication and life skills.

When the group has established itself we plan to introduce the young people to other support groups in Sheffield such as the A Team and Sapag.

The project is initially being funded through the money donated to ACCT in David Woodhouse’s memory and a project that is supported by his wife Deborah.

We offer fortnightly activities and the next activity is –

WHEN: Monday 1st July 7.30-9pm
WHAT: AIR HAUS Inflatable Park
WHERE: AIR HAUS, Meadowhall – meet in the entrance
WHO: Alex and Dan
COST: £5

Please bring additional money if you will be buying food or drinks.

Future activities will be led by the young people.

Please email if you/ your young person would like to come along –nicola.hough@acctsheffield.org.uk
