Kathryn Littlewood is an Author, playwright and public speaker. In 2004 Kathryn’s life changed forever after she became mentally unwell whilst working as a child protection social worker for Sheffield City Council. Kathryn’s story is unlike any other story that you will ever hear. With an ability to inject humour into this roller coaster story, Kathryn takes you on a journey through her darkest moments whilst we learn important messages about humanity, love, hope, mental illness and most importantly, how people who have reached the depths of despair can recover and become successful beyond all imagination.
‘Thank you for sharing your story with us Kathryn at the Amey Conference. The people who attended said your story was one of the highlights of the day and it has increased their awareness around mental illness’.
